Julia W. Colt, longtime resident of Cambridge and Somerville, passed away on Friday, October 30th, at Harborside Healthcare in Plymouth. Julia was born in Mexico City, Mexico, on June 13, 1960, daughter of the late Caldwell Colt and Gwendolyn G. (Wedgwood) Niemeyer. She was a graduate of Cambridge Rindge and Latin.Julia enjoyed art, poetry, and the company of friends. She is survived by her brother Sam Colt, beloved partner Bill Abrams, nephew Colin Colt, nieces Marielle Colt and Mariavittoria Fagnani, and sister-in-law Pamela B. Colt.
