Julia Mae Julia Bishop, age 95, passed away on January 31, 2017. Julie was born in Kentucky, however, spent most of her life in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Edward Bishop, her second husband, Walter Ceisiel, and her son, Danny Lee Bishop. She is survived by her son, James Bishop of Atlanta, and her daughter, Belinda Waugh of Nashville, TN, as well as four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Julia attended Capitol View Baptist Church for many years and for many more years was a member of First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. Julia had a love of music, ballroom dancing, and was a wonderful cook.
