Julia Lynn “Judy” Andrews, 65, of Key Largo, passed away November 8, 2013 in Key Largo, FL.
She was born January 15, 1948 in Indianapolis to Basil and Julia Dulin. At an early age her family moved to Anderson. Judy graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1965. She then attended Indiana University and the University of Minnesota where she received a Master’s Degree in Medical Library Science. While working in the medical library at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas she met her husband Dave Andrews and they were married 40 years. Judy loved the outdoors and she loved animals. She was recently recognized for 20 years of service as a volunteer at the Upper Keys Wild Bird Center. Judy is survived by her loving spouse, David Andrews, of Key Largo, FL, and her brother Mike Kathy Dulin of Vincennes. Judy will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents Basil and Julia Dulin.
