Julia “Julie” Cirelli Bada Evans, 92, died on March 11, 2021.  Born on May 30, 1928 in Wildwood, NJ to Frank and Agnes Amato Cirelli, she grew up in a large family with five sisters and one brother.  Julie lived with passion and a spirit of adventure driven by a love of art. 

 

In 1947, she moved to New York City to attend Traphagen School of Fashion.  Not only was she a successful model and fashion designer but her artwork has been featured in galleries all across the country. Julie also managed and designed properties in Wildwood, NJ and Scottsdale, AZ.  Her most prized role was being a mother and Nona to her grandchildren. She loved to entertain and make her famous homemade pizzelles and Italian home cooked meals.

 

Julie will be remembered for her extraordinary artistic ability and creativity. Memories of family, laughter, good food and travel fill the hearts of those who knew her.  She will be greatly missed, feistiness and all.

 

Loved ones that preceded Julie in death are her five siblings, husband Charlie Evans and great-grandchild, Gabrielle Etter.

 

She leaves behind her sister, Mariann Cirelli; children, Michael Bada (Patty), Lesa Etter, and Pamela Bada; grandchildren, Arthur Etter (Johanna), Julia Seng (Jeremy) Emily Jones (Randall), Ariana Holt (Matthew), Esseri Holmes and twelve great-grandchildren.
