A resident of Okeechobee since 1998, she worked with her husband at their E & E Automotive Clinic. She enjoyed turkey hunting, fishing, cooking, her dogs, and she loved animals. She especially treasured the time she spent with her family; she was very family-oriented. She was a kind and loving person. She was of the Methodist faith.
Mrs. Detweiler is survived by her husband of over 36 years, Steve Detweiler of Okeechobee; brother, David Baskett (Pat) of Palm Beach Gardens; nieces, Carissa (Alan), Juliette (Joe), and Shelbee; and nephews, Greg (Jen), Andrew, Bobby, and Jay.
