Julia Ann “Judy” Hayhurst, 77, of West Milford, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness. She was born June 4, 1936 in Clarksburg, WV the daughter of the late Dean Waldron and Clella Mae Stout Moffett. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Hayhurst. She is survived by two children; Stephanie Layfield and husband Page of Lost Creek and William “Buzzy” Snyder and wife Deborah of West Milford; three grandchildren; Heather Clevenger and husband Jimmy of Salem, Stacia Gaines and husband Roger of Weston and Kristin Snyder of Lost Creek; four great grandchildren; Deban Clevenger of Salem, Kylie Clevenger of Salem, Zane Snyder of Lost Creek and Adam Marple of Weston; one sister Rebecca Morrison and husband George of West Milford and several nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law; Delsie Rhoden of West Milford. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one brother; Phillip D. Moffett. Judy retired from UHC as a billing coordinator. She loved NASCAR, and was a beloved grandmother and great grandmother.
