Judith Ann “Judy” Polek Zadorojnyi, 70, of 315 Eastern St., New Haven passed away March 12, 2009 in St. Raphael’s Hospital. Born in New Haven March 2, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Rose D’Agostino Polek. She was employed as a security officer for Atlantic Security. She is survived by a daughter, Natasha (Thomas) Madera of Middletown and a brother, Thomas (Barbara) Polek of Ventura, CA.
