Judy May Dockery-McIntosh was born May 12th, 1950 to Roosevelt Dockery Sr. and Mary Jane Dockery, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Judy was raised by her stepmom Lorine “Tee” Goodman.

Judy attended IPS schools growing up and then moved to Michigan and became a Nursing Assistant.
Judy later got married and gave birth to her only child Amise McIntosh Jr. Judy returned back to Indianapolis, IN. with family, to help raise him. Judy worked as a Supervisor at Betty Bright Cleaners for 10 plus years.
Judy leaves to cherish her son Amise McIntosh Jr (Wendy), Stepson Amsie D. Wright-McIntosh (Dia), brothers John “Bibby” Dockery, Jeffrey Ryans. Grandchildren: Amise D. McIntosh, Amisha J. McIntosh, Rayshawn D. McIntosh, Rayland D. McIntosh, Ran’ya M. McIntosh and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other family and friends whom she loved very much.
Judy proceeds in death with, Parents Roosevelt Dockery Sr. and Mary Jane Dockery, Stepmom Lorine Goodman, Brother Roosevelt “Junie” Dockery (LaVergne) , Sisters Angela “Faye” Hampton, Annie Vaughn, Grandchildren Dalon M. Wilson-McIntosh, and Diamond Edmonds.
