Mrs. Judy Lyn Gillian, age 71, of Newnan, passed away at Atlanta Medical Center on January 2, 2014. Judy was born September 30, 1942 in Athens, Tennessee. Her parents were the late Clyde Frances and Zula Maude Smith Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jackson Smith Campbell and her husband of 49 years Larry Gillian. During her working years, she had been associated with WNEA radio in Newnan and also the Newnan Times Herald. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Leah Brady and her husband Bill; Dana Andrews and her husband Chris. She enjoyed her grandchildren Hayes, Kaley, Gillian, Evelyn, Kelsey, Garth,Lauren and Katie. She had two great grandchildren, Aleigha and Ariel. Also surviving are her sisters Faye Akins (Billy Lee) and Gail Pitchford.
