Born, May 9, 1951 in Bloomington, Indiana as Rhonda Kay Godsey. Her parents were George Washington and Nola Christine Godsey.
As a teenager she was an active volunteer with the Salvation Army.
Judy was a loving mother and grandmother who was devoted to her family.
Survivors include one daughter, Becky Brough, two grandsons, Mark Babbs and Shawn Egan, brothers and sisters, Denzil Ray Godsey (Sue), Polly June (Godsey) Williams (Steve), Velma Mary (Godsey) Ayers, Orpha Jane (Godsey) Winders (Dennis) and Harold Godsey (Ruth).
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Timothy Brough, and one grandson, David Brough, brothers, Roy and Hartman, sisters, Maude, Allie, Pearl, Delta, Relda, Armelda and Purna.
