Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.. A native of Tylertown, MS, she spent most of her life in Picayune. Judy was a teacher and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who will be truly missed by all. Judy really enjoyed teaching, and she also enjoyed volunteering in the community. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Terrell and Emma Lee Breeland Terrell, and her son, Jeremy Allen Howell. Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Allen Bruce Howell; her daughters, Beth Arcement and husband Derek, and Debra Howell; her granddaughter, Taylor Ledlow; 3 brothers, Bobby Terrell and wife Myrtis, Donnie Terrell, and Danny Terrell and wife Debbie; and 2 sisters, Iva Mitchell and husband Paul, and Ruby Smith and husband Kenny.
