Judy Bottomley 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 26, 2021, at her home after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Judy was born on June 25, 1948, in Winsted, CT., the daughter of the late Armand and Beatrice Picard she attended local schools and graduated from the Gilbert High School. She worked at Ovation Instruments for 35 years. Judy was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed dearly. She is survived by her loving husband Bruce of 36 years, her daughter Krista Warren and her husband Mark of Pine Meadow, CT., her son Kevin Longhi and wife Kelly of New Hartford, CT., her beloved grandchildren, Devin and Drew Warren, Ryane and Rhett Longhi, her brothers, Michael Picard and his wife Linda of Cobalt, CT., Neil Picard of Winsted, CT., Gary Picard and wife Elaine of Carlisle, MA., and her sister Cynthia Davidson and husband Bob of Colebrook, CT. Judy loved being a grandmother. She had a special place in her heart for all of her animals and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and all the trips she and her husband shared together. The family would like to thank Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County for all of their help and support during this time.
