Judy Annette Williams was born on February 1, 1967 at Cumberland Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. She was the first of three children to Sandy and Shirley Williams. Judy was raised in Evening Star. In her early years, she sang with the Sunbeam Youth Choir and the Youth Ensemble. Judy was a girl scout and an usher. She, her sister Sandrena and cousins (Gina, Tracey and Tonya) also had a singing group ‘The Cousinaires’. She attended public and high school in Brooklyn, New York.

On October 14, 1995, Judy and Keith were united in Holy Matrimony in Evening Star Baptist Church. To this union, twins were born on October 15, 2004, Chad and Carlin. Judy was best known for her love of cooking and entertaining. She also worked as a home health aide where she enjoyed giving her time and caring for patients. She loved helping her family members and friends and for that alone she will truly be missed.

Judy leaves to cherish her memories: Her husband, Keith Carpenter, her children Chad and Carlin, parents Deacon Sandy and Deaconess Shirley Williams, one sister Sandrena Williams-Briggs (Keith Sr.), one brother, Brian Williams (Fathiyyah), father in-law Jerome Carpenter Sr., five brothers-in-law, Darryl, Jerome Jr., Kenny, Troy, and Michael, along with two sisters-in-law, Necie and Lynn; two nieces, Shayla and Mya, and one nephew, Justin; A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, as well as her best friend Margaret Manoogian.
