Judy Anne Handley, 70, of Newnan passed away Friday, December 27, 2019 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital surrounded by her family. Mrs. Handley was born on October 8, 1949 in Johnstown, PA to the late Lester and Elizabeth Salsgiver. She worked as a Worker’s Compensation Specialist for the State of Georgia. She enjoyed travelling and especially the beach. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Russell Handley; children, Sharri Lynne (Buddy) Robinson and Gary Allen (Lisa) Handley; grandchildren, Haleigh (Kevin) Tierman, Wyatt Darnell, and Kaylee (Hayden) Brewer; and siblings, Shirley Zaucha, Elsie (Ken) Wolf and Duane Salsgiver.
