Judith Lee (Rogers) Schiff , our beloved Judy passed from this world on Oct. 8, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Judy was born to Hank & Marilyn Rogers on Oct 1, 1947. She was predeceased by her much loved brother Stevie who died in 1968 and her loving husband Steven Schiff who died in 1996. She graduated as Salutatorian from Plymouth High School and then attended Wellesley College from which she graduated in 1969. She then changed course and decided to become a nurse, attending Mass General’s School of Nursing, becoming an RN, and going on to a 35 year career at Mass General Hospital. She tended patients with her soft spoken, gentle touch and caring demeanor. Judy was a beautiful soul, loved for her tranquil and sweet nature and was extraordinarily compassionate. During her final years her prayers were answered through those she loved and who loved her. Judy’s passions were being with her family, reading (including many, many, many novels), running (around Jamaica Pond, Franklin Park and Plymouth beach), and caring for others. She is survived by her loving son Jesse, who has been by her side for the last 2+ years, sister Lynette and husband Blaise Stapleton, niece Leah and husband Aaron Servis with children Maya & Ben, nephew Andrew Stapleton, niece Deanna and husband Russ Guarino, nephew Dan Stapleton and fiancé Katelyn with son Henry, and cousin Nan Milner who was born the same day as Judy, as well as other cousins.
