Poff, Julie Poff, Chloe Delu, Scott Graham and Connor Delu; great grandmother of Fiona, Evelyn and Danica Poff and Cayden Kasper; sister of Agnes Summerfield, Lois Kelly and Frederick Carr and predeceased by her other brothers and sisters; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Judy worked and cared with hospice patients.
