Judith “Judy” Kluthe, 79, of Centralia, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.
Judy was born September 4, 1940 in Centralia, the daughter of Elmer Henning and Berniece (Aldag) Henning. She married Paul Kluthe on June 6, 1986 and he preceded her in death on February 5, 2017.
She is survived by her daughter, Gayla Christ and husband Bill of O’Fallon, Missouri; her son, Curt Vandeventer and wife Carla of Centralia; three grandchildren: Elizabeth Ala and husband Sreeram of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, Brandi Vandeventer of Springfield, Illinois and Joshua Vandeventer of Centralia; two great-grandchildren, Arjun and Eshan Ala; and her numerous family members at Murray Center. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Judith worked at Warren G. Murray Developmental Center in Centralia for 20 plus years. She loved spending time with her family and her friends.
