WINSTED –BOUCHEZ – Judith “Judie” Bouchez, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2021 after a brief illness. She was the loving wife of Ray Bouchez, Sr., for 64 years. Judie was born on March 20, 1938, a spring baby in Oakville, CT to her parents Harry and Blanche Andrews. At a very young age, Judie moved to Riverton with her sister and best friend, Harriett after losing their young mom. Her special aunt, Grace Adams helped raise the two young sisters while their Dad worked. Later, Judie met the love of her life and husband, Ray and proceeded to start a family with their two children, Bonnie Devaux (Ken) and Ray Bouchez, Jr., and wife Chrissy, all of Winsted. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Dave Devaux, Jr., and wife Lauren of Terryville and Shana Devaux of Winsted and two great grandchildren, Gavin and Kristopher. It seemed like everyone in town knew Judie.
