Passed away peacefully at home on April 27, 2018. Preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Francis Allard. Survived by her three sisters and their partners, Marcia and Tom Sheppleman, Andrea Allard and Theo Peeters, Carolyn Allard and Jim Gaffney, and her two brothers and their partners, Craig and Karen Allard, and Thomas and Patty Allard. She is also survived by nine nephews and nieces and five grandnieces and grandnephews. Judith was a fiercely independent, passionate person who lived a full and rich life. After graduating with a degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, she worked at the University Hospital before moving with her then husband, Terry, to Australia in 1978. While there, she earned qualifications as a travel agent and a degree in Studio Arts and made many close friends. Between 1990 and 2010, she lived in Sydney, NSW where she worked as a vocational counselor before retiring and returning to her family in St Paul. Judith loved to travel, read extensively, have long conversations with friends, do pottery and learn French. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
