Judith E. Bohne, 70, of Three Oaks, passed away on Friday morning June 14, 2013 at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph.
Judy was born on April 9, 1943, in Michigan City, Indiana to Russell and Florence (Gable) James. For many years, Judy attended the United Methodist Church in New Buffalo and Lakeside. On July 16, 1960, She married Richard Bohne and together they enjoyed 42 years of marriage.
She retired after 25 years from Independent Steel and also worked at Three Oaks Pharmacy for many years. Judy had a spice for life, she loved collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, gardening, going out to eat, dancing, and anything to do with the beach. One of her greatest joys in life was being a grandma and she loved her family endlessly. For many years she enjoyed visiting home-bound people and loved to bring joy to the lives of others. Judith is loved and survived by her daughter, Roxanne Bohne-Rambo, her siblings; Barbara Bolton, Sharon Motycka, Richard James, Terry James, Raymond James, and Gordon James, and a granddaughter, Alexa Rambo.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a son; Richard Bohne, her sisters; JoAnne Motycka, and Shirley Schroeder, her brother; Larry James and her companion,
