Judith Ann ( Judy ) Fester died November 1st 2022 surrounded by her family after a brief illness.
Judy was born May 28 , 1938 in Houston Texas to Vera Cummings and Everett Stunz.
She graduated in 1955 from Woodrow Wilson High School in Dallas Ft Worth. She then continued her education in her late forties and graduated from University of Colorado Denver.
Those that knew Judy knew she loved dancing; however, most did not know she was once a competitive ballroom dancer.
Judy was adventurous, outgoing, and always had a smile. She had a compliment for anyone who crossed her path, whether friend, family or stranger.
She was very dedicated to her family and cherished the time she was able to spend with them. She was blessed to live with family until she passed.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson Joshua Cross.
She was survived by her two daughters, Mary Cross and Jenny Bassett and her two sons-in law Mike Cross and Don Bassett. She was also survived by three grandsons, Jesse Bassett, Levi Bassett, and Dillon Bassett, and her two great grandchildren, Zoey and Maximus Bassett.
