Judy was born on December 13, 1964 in Portland, Indiana to Veryl and Claribel (Stanton) Elzey. She attended Delta High School and would go on to work for Peyton’s in Bluffton and later, Dacra Glass.
Judith loved to crochet, sew and attend events at the VA with her husband Lee.
