Judith “Judy” Ann Cattren, age 73, of DeMotte, IN passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Franciscan Health Crown Point.
On August 15, 1948, Judy was born in Lancaster, OH the daughter of Donald Brophy and Wilda (Gordon) McAdams. She attended Cloverleaf High School in Lodi, OH. Judy married Gary Cattren in North Holmstead, Ohio on March 18, 1989 and he survives. She worked as a CNA for several care facilities in Pennsylvania and Ohio, and most recently a homemaker. Judy was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church. She participated in the church’s dance group and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Judy is survived by her husband of 32 years, Gary Cattren; children: Bob (Jill) Mattingly of Florida; Ron Mattingly of Ohio; Craig (Jennifer) Mattingly of Florida; 4 grandchildren: Austin, Shane, Kaytlyn, and Destiny; great-grandson, Jack; and sisters: Donna Kinney, Linda McGirr, MaryJane Nelson, Carolyn Huggler; brother, John Moore; 2 step-sisters and many extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
