Judith Ann Carbaugh, 82 of Westminster, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Lorien Taneytown. Born March 27, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Franklin Smiley and Jessie Rebecca nee Carpenter Smiley. She was the wife of Charles Levine Carbaugh, Jr. for 65 years.
Judith was a seamstress at English American Taylor for many years. She enjoyed doll making, time with her granddaughters, reading cooking and baking.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Keen and husband Virgil; son, Chuck Carbaugh III and wife Ann; granddaughters, Heidi Reilly and husband Aaron and Emily Carbaugh; grandsons, Joseph and Virgil Keen; great grandchildren, Caleb, Easton and Liam.
