Details: Judith Ann Allen, 62, a 4 year resident of Dundalk formerly of Pasadena, died April 5 at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Judith was born April 28, 1950 in Baltimore to the late Thomas and Elaine Snyder. She graduated 1968 from Northeast High School in Pasadena, and from Western Maryland College in 1972. She taught in Greenville S.C. with the deaf, and in Baltimore Co. from 1983 till 2009 with the Infant and Toddler special needs programs. She was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, and the 10 Women’s Book Club.
