Judith A. Tabb, 74, of Mishawaka, Indiana passed away at 7:42 p.m. Sunday, January 30, 2022 in her home. Judith was born on June 4, 1947 in South Bend, Indiana to Lloyd G. and Lucille L. (King) Tabb. She had been employed with the former Bruno’s on Highway 23 in South Bend for 17 years. She then entered the Health Care field as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In 2007 she continued her health care when she relocated to Indianapolis where she retired in 2013 from Danville Rehabilitation Center. Judith is survived by her daughter, Charity Grochowski and her son, Harold Rader, Jr. (Kim Quick) both of Indianapolis, Indiana; one grandson, Jeff (Lauren) Grochowski; one great-granddaughter, Priscella Grochowski; and her cousins, Sandra Biddle, Debra (Eric) Freel, Jean (Jim) Borders and LouEllen Ridenour.
