She was born on September 2, 1939 in Memphis, TN to Daniel Rook and Mary King. She moved her family to Mary Esther, FL in 1990 then made Fort Walton Beach her home.
Judith was preceded in death by her father and mother and her husband’s Robert Wilson and L.E. Sheppard and her brother Danny Rook.
She is survived by her brothers Tommy and Phillip and her sister Janie. She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Buckner and husband Michael, son Billy Yon, son Derrick Yon, daughter Cheryl Villarreal and husband Ed, daughter Christine Frantz and husband Brian and her 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
