Juannette is survived by her son, Mason Fields III; two grandchildren, Alyssa Fields and Mason Fields IV; one great granddaughter, Haisley; and three brothers, William Petty, Wade Petty and Marion Petty. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mason Fields II; one brother, Rogena Petty; and her parents, William & Margaret Petty.
