Juanita Naomi Moore, 96, died Thursday, September 17, 2015 in the Salem Genesis Nursing facility.
Survivors include her son, James Dwain (Jeannetta) Moore, nephews Garry (Jerri) Shreve, Lee (Gail) Shreves, niece Mildred Criss and many other family members.
Thanks to Dick Clovis and all the Bus Drivers, staff and friends at Rosebud Plaza and Meadowbrook Mall and Dave Ferrell. Also a special thanks to the Salem Nursing Staff and so many others that helped make life more enjoyable for this gentle lady.
