She was born August 22, 1923 in Pickett County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Porter and Fannie (Evans) Harmon. Prior to her retirement she worked for 15 years as a pastry maker at Johnson Donut Shop, Muncie and the Mutual Home Savings and Loan for ten years. She loved being Granny, cooking, baking, gardening and working in the yard. Survivors include two daughters, Robin Terry, (husband-Bob); and Marsha Miller; two sons, James Rogers, (wife-Linda); and Alan Rogers, (wife-Emma); two sisters; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and ten great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; five sisters, Lakie Poore, Louise McKinley, Josie Harmon, Velma Harmon and Leah Smith; three brothers, Chester Harmon, Floyd Harmon, and an infant baby brother; first husband, David Rogers and second husband Forest Kauffman.
