Juanita Cox, age 87, of Tipton, passed away January 26, 2015. She was born December 29, 1927 in Tipton, MI the daughter of Faye and Ethel Luce.  On December 11, 1954 she married Guy. M. Cox. He preceded her in death on April 6, 2009.  She was a graduate of Adrian High School, Class of 1945.  Juanita and Guy were involved in all of their Children’s  activities.  She enjoyed playing euchre and square dancing.  Juanita was a member of the Tipton Community Congregational Church.  Also, with her husband, Guy, she was involved in business ventures which included owning rental properties and Cox’s Dairy Freeze in Addison.  Juanita will be sadly missed by those she leaves behind; her children, Connie (James) Morse of Tecumseh, Cathy (Mikkel) Gammeltoft of Tipton, Guy “Cory” (Kris) Cox of Tecumseh, Cynthia (Scott) Upton of Spring, TX; 2 daughter-in-laws, Geraldine Baker of Las Vegas, NV and Margaret Baker of Colorado; 19 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren; step sister, Peggy Wilkin of Tipton, 2 half sisters, Carol Bird of Adrian and Norma (Bruce) Norton of Adrian.  In addition to her husband Guy, she was preceded in death by two beloved sons, Robert F. Baker and Timothy N. Baker; step mother. Lillian Luce; step brother, James Ladd; and half-sister, Jean Rudd.
