Juan Jose Alcala Conde, one of six children, was born on February 1, 1970, Juan Alcala Vacio and Maria Conde Talavera in Durango, Durango, Mexico. He moved to the United States in 1990’s. He worked at ADS in Eagle Grove for nearly 20 years.
On June 30, 2006, Juan married (Herminia) Aracely Mendez. They made their home and raised their family in Eagle Grove. Juan will be remembered for being a very hard worker and the love he had for his family. He enjoyed listening to music and playing soccer.
Survivors include his wife Aracely Alcala Conde; daughters: Esmeralda Acala de Leyva, Sadee Alcala Clapper, Shanlyne Pineda Mendez and Lyndsey Alcala Mendez; grandchildren: Alexa Leiva Gomez, Meilani and Evian Juan Jose; siblings: Sandra Alcala, Rocio Alcala, Veronica Alcala, Jose Lui Alcala and Juan Manuel Alcala and many other relatives and friends.
Juan passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge, at the age of 51 years. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; wife Bobbie Jo Clapper (Alcala Conde) in 2004 and uncle, Elpidio Ruben Alcala Vacio.
