Joyce (Walker) Watkins passed from this life on December 18, 2014. She was born on February 4, 1932 in Canon City, Colorado, and graduated from Canon City High School in 1950. She married Harold “Chick” Watkins on June 25, 1950 and they lived in Florence for 47 years before moving to Canon City. They were blessed with two sons, Gary and Larry Watkins both of Canon City. Joyce was a stay at home mom and enjoyed being a room mother at McCandless School and a Cub Scout den mother.
