Joyce McKee Douglas, 68, passed away, Monday, July 3, 2017, at University of Kentucky Medical Center after a brief illness.
Joyce was born October 19, 1948, in Tilton, KY to the late E.W. “Woodie” & Beulah Daugherty McKee. She was a member of the Poplar Plains United Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Ruth Humphries; and her nephew, Darren Lee Rose.
Survivors include her daughters, Julie Burton and children, Chase and Reese Burton, and Joni Douglas and child, Justin Corlis; her siblings, David McKee, Lois McKee Rose, and Aylene McKee. She is also survived by an uncle, L.C. Cord, Jr.; a nephew, Jeff Humphries; a brother–in-law, Bill Humphries; and several cousins.
