Joyce Eleanor Blackwell passed away on June 12, 2022 in Lakeland, Florida. Joyce was born in Saint Clair, Michigan on July 29, 1933 to Edna (Kreger) Ruff and Theodore Ruff. On January 7, 1956, she married Donald Blackwell and they spent 38 years of marriage together in Michigan and in Lakeland, Florida before his passing on September 26, 1994.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sister Donna Browning, and brother Theodore. She is survived by her sons Mark (Kathleen) of Oldsmar, Florida, Paul (Debra) of Roseville, Michigan, and Todd of Fort Myers, Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren Leslie (Daniel) Vendzuh of Gaylord, Michigan, Lisa (Zachariah) Roe of Lake Orion, Michigan, Nicholas Blackwell of Hartland, Wisconsin, Brantley Blackwell of Fort Myers, great-grandsons Luke and Nate Vendzuh, niece Patricia (Edward) Thueme of New Richmond, Wisconsin, and nephews Michael (Eileen) Browning of Saint Clair and Kyle Ruff of Marysville, Michigan.
