Joyce J. Busch, 69, passed away December 4, 2021. Joyce was born on June 1, 1952 in Des Moines to William and Anna Fagen. She graduated from Saydel High School. She worked at Mercy Hospital for over 20 years. In 1982, she was united in marriage to Carl Busch. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Joyce and Carl enjoyed gambling, especially the Wild Roses machines.
Joyce is survived by her seven children: Christina (Denny), C.W., Angie, Josh, Shawn, Jodie, and Darbie; 20 grandchildren: Travis, Justin, Briar, Kodie, Skyler, Seth, Kaiden, Kaylie, Austin, Dylan, Jayden, Matt, Sydney, Annie, Addie, Joey, Katie, Andrew, Kaden and Savannah ; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Jodi Sargent and Denise Fagen; as well as nieces, nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Anna; her husband, Carl; siblings, Debbie, Bill and Bob Fagen; daughter, Mandie and father-in-law, Joe Busch and mother-in-law, Barb Busch.
