Joyce A McNeil, 84, of Anderson, passed away August 14, 2015 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital Anderson. She was born on August 20, 1930 in Elwood, and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Joyce graduated from Anderson High School, Class of 1949.
She retired in 1986 after 33 years of service for Army Finance Center where she worked in finance.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Anderson, she was a 50 year member. 43 year member of the Order of Eastern Star #154 in Anderson, and 50 + year member Beta Sigma Phi.
Joyce is survived by her son, Michael L (Monica) McNeil of Anderson; sister, Janet M Lee of Houston, TX; niece, Alicia Lee of Houston, TX; nephew, Al (Lisa) Crouse of Winter Haven, FL; 2 Grandchildren, Mason L McNeil and Craig A. Bodey both of Anderson; several cousins.
She was preceded in death by father, Charles Leroy Nagel, mother, Garnet M (McCreary) Nagel, husband, Myron L McNeil whom she married March 7, 1965.
