Joy D. Messner, 90 of Cocoa Beach, passed away Monday, August 29, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, John and survived by her daughters Janet (Charles Long) West and Jackie Hitzig both of Cocoa Beach. The family moved to Florida in 1962 from Pittsburgh, PA.
