Jovan Devante Rowell-Murchison was born on April 3rd, 1998 to Grace Rowell and Arnold Murchison. The youngest of eleven children, Jovan was set to receive an abundance of love
Jovan was born with multiple physical disabilities that made it impossible for his family to provide the care he needed. His home was The Children’s Habilitation Center in Harvey, Illinois.
Jovan’s disabilities never dimmed the light on his huge personality.
Jovan was preceded in death by his dad, Arnold Murchison, and older sister, LaFrances Rowell.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his mom, Grace Rowell; brothers: Luther Rowell and Arnold Evans; sisters: Cheryse Evans, Arneka Evans, Elizabeth Rowell, Tameka Murchison, Donnie Murchison, Stephanie Murchison, Keleigh Murchison; host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and his family at children’s Habilitation Center
