Joseph was born on November 15, 1932 in Jackson, MI to Lynn and Mary Webster. He grew up in St. Joseph’s Home for Boys in Jackson. He then joined the Air Force in Detroit, MI on October 31, 1951, serving in the Korean War before separating from the service in 1955. Upon returning home to the U.S, he met the love of his life, Mary Louise Martell. They were married in Great Falls on April 23, 1960. During this period, he worked as a warehouseman for many years for companies such as Pacific Hide and Fur and the Labor Union until his early retirement.

Joe could be described as an avid fisherman, loved the outdoors and taking his love, Louise, on long country drives. He also loved old country music and spent his final days enjoying his favorites.

Survivors are daughters, ChiChi LaFromboise, Gloria (Bud) Komeotis, Rhonda (Cal) Gilbert, Mamie (Dennis) Carter; sons, Victor Webster, Joey (Joan) Webster; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He goes on to join his wife, Mary Louise Webster; parents, Lynn and Mary Webster; daughter, Bernice Burke; son, Joey LaPier; brothers, Raymond, Thomas, Harold, Bernard, and Vernon Webster.
