Josiah Alcazar

Josiah Lee Alcazar, age 20, passed away July 22, 2022 at Valley Baptist Medical Center after sustaining to injuries succumbed from an automobile accident. Josiah was a lifelong resident of Harlingen, born June 24, 2002, the eldest child to Anthony Alcazar and Nora Melba Cano Alcazar. He attended Harlingen public schools and graduated from Harlingen High-North Campus Class of 2020. He took some college courses at TSTC. Josiah was currently employed at Magic Kingdom Learning Center where he loved working with and caring for children. Josiah had a passion for life and loved helping others, he was well known as your friendly neighborhood “Spiderman”. He often dressed up as the marvel superhero and interacted with the children as Spiderman, this brought a great joy to the children at the center. He also enjoyed streaming, Dungeon and Dragons and marvel comics.
He leaves to cherish his wonderful memory his parents, Anthony and Nora Melba Alcazar, his three sisters, Jocelyn Alcazar, Jay Alcazar and Jordin Alcazar, his paternal grandmother, Gail Alcazar, maternal grandparents, Mary Atkinson and Ramiro Cano, He is also survived by two aunts, three uncles and numerous other relatives and friends.
