Josephine (Josie) Orsini (nee Cucinotta), a former resident of Beverly and Burlington, passed away peacefully, Friday, August 3, 2007 at Wise Regional Hospital in Decatur, Texas at the age of 90. Born in Philadelphia, PA., on August 24, 1916 she was the daughter of the late Guiseppe and Grazia Cucinotta.
Predeceased by her brother and sister in law, Anthony and Edith Cucinotta; her sister, Pauline D’Agostino she was the wife of the late Cipriano (Chippy) Orsini who passed away in 1985. Josie is survived by her daughter and son in law, Dolores and Edward Casperaites of Ft. Worth, TX., her step-children and their spouses; Grace and husband Henry Tomasetti of Burlington, and Charles (Sonny) and wife Joanne Orsini of Onawa, IA.
She will also be sadly missed by her loving grandchildren: Mark & Jodi Casperaites of Mass., Jeffrey & Misty Casperaites of Texas, Henry Tomasetti of Edgewater Park, Michael & Sady Tomasetti of Galloway, NJ., Lisa Tomasetti of Parlin, NJ., Kym & Craig Harris of Onawa, IA and Keith Orsini and fiancé©, Brandi, also of Iowa. Loving great-grandmother of thirteen, she is also survived by her brother and sister in law; Mario and Angie Arronenzi of Burlignton, sister in law; Alba Coccia of Burlington and her dear cousin, Angie Cucinotta of Beverly as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
