Puglisi & girlfriend Kristyn, his daughters Nicole & Samantha and James M. Puglisi, his wife Elizabeth & daughter Alexandra, many nieces, nephews & other relatives;predeceased by brothers John & Michael Chillemi She had worked at Yale University Press, Langier Mason, TRW Geometric Tool, Elizabeth A. Smith, Inc. and most recently as a guard at Yale’s Sterling Library.
