Josephine Ferriolo Maturo, 93, formerly of 315 Eastern St., New Haven and Demarest Drive, Orange, passed away March 14, 2010 in The Arden House, Hamden after a lengthy illness. Born in New Haven July 9, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Paolina Barbaresi Marcantognini. She worked as a seamstress for many years prior to her retirement and was a member of the 315 Club at Bella Vista. She is survived by her son, Ralph Ferriolo of Hamden; her sister, Susie Juliano of New Haven; a grandson, Jason and his wife, Deanna; two great grandchildren, Jason & Mackensie; and several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Vincent Ferriolo; her former husband, Eugene Maturo and her sister, Nellie Mancini.
