Joseph W. “Sonny” Gottwald, 65, of Salisbury Twp., passed away Thursday, June 26, 2008, in his home. He was the son of the late Joseph and Hilda (Gross) Gottwald. Sonny worked in maintenance for the Allentown Housing Authority for many years until retiring. Survivors: he will be lovingly remembered by his sister Anna Rabenold of Bethlehem; brother-in-law Michael Sarko and niece Darlene Bauer both of Salisbury Twp. He was also survived by other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Shirley Sarko and nephew George Gottwald.
