He is survived by two children: Donna Juselis and her husband Phillip of Walnut Cove, NC and Scott Lukach and his wife Aggie; three grandchildren: Nicole, Eric and Alexis Lukach; seven siblings: Mary Kawejsza, George Lukach and his wife Ingrid, Cecilia Cook, Joanne Hoyt and her husband Charlie, John Lukach & his wife Donna, Patricia Lukach and Kathryn Lukach; and many nieces and nephews also survive him. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Anna Lukach and sister, Theresa Lukach.
