Joseph Thomas Kelliher, age 83, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 in Haymarket, VA. He was born and raised in New York City, NY. After graduating from Fordham University in 1955, Joseph entered the Army for two years. His career was spent in the oil transport business and he worked at Texaco, Hess Oil and as an oil tanker broker with Seabrokers, Inc. in New York City. He is survived by his loving wife Joan; four children: Steven Kelliher (Becky), Joseph Kelliher (Karen), Janet Usala (Paul) and Daniel Kelliher; two brothers: Donald Kelliher (Paula) and Thomas Kelliher (Helen); 11 grandchildren: Stephanie, Robert and Brendan Kelliher; Aidan, Nora and Damien Kelliher; Grace and Eve Usala; and Jack, Shannon and Hugh Kelliher.
