Mr. Joseph William Smith was a native of Tampa, Florida and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating from Chamberlain High School, Class of 2002. After graduation, he began his career with the University of South Florida where he worked for 12 years.
He leaves to cherish is memory: his loving parents, Stanley Reginald Smith and Angelina Munoz Smith; his sister, Jerilyn (Allan) Cole; niece, Aleshia Cole; grandmother; aunt; cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
