Born Aug. 1, 1926, in Logansport, he was the son of Vito and Josephine Pallenino Selvio. He was married June 19, 1954, in Logansport, to Adah L. Allison, who survives.

He especially enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s ball games and all their activities.
Also surviving are one son, Larry Selvio, Fort Wayne; one daughter, Carol McIntire and her husband, John, Logansport; grandchildren, Jeremy Selvio and Crystal Selvio, both of Fort Wayne, and Gabrielle McIntire and Bailey McIntire, both of Logansport; one brother, John Selvio, Logansport; one sister, Violet Jones, Logansport; one sister-in-law, Betty Selvio, Indianapolis; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Three brothers, Mike Selvio, Albert “Ike” Selvio and Tony Selvio, and one sister, Mary Terrell, preceded in death.
