Joseph R. Puskarz, 87, of Southington, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Joseph was born on February 11, 1922 in New Britain, CT, son of the late John and Mary (Zmuda) Puskarz. Mr. Puskarz was a graduate of the Bristol High School, class of 1940, and attended the University of Hartford. He was a veteran of World War II where he served in the US Army Air Forces. He was a longtime resident of Forestville where he was President of Bristol Lincoln Mercury. He was also a member of Chippannee Golf Club, and the Bristol Elks, Kiwanis and Polish American Clubs.
He was avid golfer, bowler and card player.
